Please note that given the unprecedented circumstances, there may be order processing and delivery delays. However, we are committed to getting orders to our clients as quickly as possible.

As the situation continues to evolve, we will continue to ensure our practices align with public health and government organizations' guidance. Your health and well-being, and that of our associates, remains at the forefront. Please continue to take care of yourselves and each other. Our distribution warehouses are implementing safety measures to ensure packages are received safely;

  • To protect our associates, clients, and the communities we serve, we take precautionary safety measures when packing items by wearing gloves and masks and disinfecting our spaces regularly.

For clients ordering online, we have been working closely with our external courier services to keep up to date with the precautions set in place. Our courier services are all stringently following Government advice and communicating health-and-safety guidelines with their employees. As well as this, they have also introduced additional measures to offer alternative delivery options for recipients.
