All shoes come with a transportation box and dust bag.
To prevent your loafers from getting worn down or stained, we recommend using dedicated suede, velvet or canvas shoe care products. We recommend using a foam brush to remove loose dirt.
Leather product requires occasional maintenance. Invest in a leather cleaner kit and regular wipes.
We recommend storing your shoes with a shoe tree to retain their natural shape, increasing their lifespan.

Each item is made to order especially for you. We will gladly refund purchases for shoes with production defects within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Please remember that we do not offer returns on items due to personal preference changes or sizing. All shoes run true to size; please ensure that you select the shoe based on your size; Men's loafers and women's loafers are in two different sizes, and one might not accommodate the other. Slippers are Unisex. Please refer to the size chart; All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. You may also receive your refund in-store credit or gift card for future purchases.
